The Ranch is proud to have been the catering partner for World Food India 2017 and to have catered to over 7,500 delegates and invitees from India and participant countries at Food Street - an experience zone to savor over 30 Indian cuisines and categories using Indian ingredients, flavors and fragrances during tasting sessions specially curated by Chef Sanjeev Kapoor.
World Food India 2017 was the largest food event in India to facilitate partnerships between Indian and International businesses and investors organized from 3rd November to 5th November 2017 at India Gate New Delhi by the Ministry of Food Processing Industries and Confederation of Indian Industry (CII).
The event was inaugurated by Honorable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi and attended by Sh. Arun Jaitley, Smt. Harsimrat Kaur Badal, Baba Ram Dev along with a wide gathering of investors, manufacturers, food processors and policy makersc CEO’s and organizations from the global food ecosystem.
The event also saw the creation of the world’s biggest Khichdi ever to be made by Chef Sanjeev Kapoor which went down in the Guinness Book of world Records. The weight of the khichdi was around 900 kgs the Ranch team of chefs was proud to participate in this historic record.
